We aim to be a considerate neighbour on all of our sites. Our Resident Liaison Officers are crucial during both the planning and construction processes. They liaise with tenants explaining what the redevelopment process is going to look like and address any concerns helping to deal quickly with any issues. Thanks to their involvement, we stay in contact with residents before, during and after the work is completed.

Considerate Constructors Scheme

The scheme is an industry led initiative to improve its image. We register all our sites on the scheme. We are monitored by an experienced industry professional to assess our performance against the Scheme's Code of Considerate Practice which includes such categories:
