The work included design and construction of 12 flats for adults with special needs as a part of an existing supported living centre. The development meets Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3.

The development had to be designed in such a way to incorporate features to suit the local planning requirements of a conservation area.

The homes also meet the requirements of Homes Communities Agency (HCA), Secure by Design and Lifetime Homes. We have also included surface water drainage which incorporates rainwater harvesting to meet the Code for Sustainable Homes
